We are coming into almost a year since the pandemic of COVID-19 changed the world, especially in education. It has already changed the way we see education. We are grateful and glad we face it head-on and none of our students is left behind. Eduseeds has always looked forward to empowering our students by leveraging technology to deliver education. What we learn during this pandemic, changes everything we hold as the norm as a necessity. Eduseeds 3M, Managing the learning of our students, Monitoring their progress, and Mentoring their hearts, proves invaluable to our educators whether they are a Christian based Homeschool, an enrichment center, a special needs center or an International School. The objective of any education system is learning has to go on and evolve to meet the needs of any students. We have started this training initiative leveraging social media platforms to equipped our principals, administrators, and teachers. It is most crucial that we are all are using the same methodology and pedagogy in education. Eduseeds has proven itself during these 10 months that we could empower and helped students to carry on learning. Even if some are behind in their module projection, they are not left alone and they could catch up in their learning. We salute you, educators, for persevering with those under your care. The crux of the matter is we as educators must move as ONE. There are a few core concept of 21st Century education system that Eduseeds believe in: 1. We must have a system that is robust and flexible in meeting the needs of all types of students. Eduseeds methodology of 3M (Managing, Monitoring, and Mentoring) and pedagogy of leveraging technology to deliver content is paramount. 2. Mastery learning in all endeavors of subjects by identifying core competencies and which level the students are at. We have been using the Diagnostic Test to assess students’ levels before they join our learning centers. Our Module Test at every end of our modules’ progression to ensure that our students can go to the next grade confidently. 3. The emphasis on English taught as a Language (as a medium of instruction in IGCSE), not as a subject. That is why Achieve3000 (an A.I. Reading Programme) and IEW (Institute of Excellence in Writing) has been employed to assist countless students joining our centers from National and Chinese schools. We could help them to master the English language proficiency to their age-appropriate grade and level. 4. Acknowledging the importance of STEM curriculum which is Skill based. I.R 4.0 skill sets like programming, Arduino, 3D Creation/Printing, and IoT (Internet of Things) 5. Social Emotional Learning as a holistic approach to a well-rounded learner. Leadership skills, teamwork, empathy, and social responsibilities. We are excited and glad y’all are with us on this journey.
