New Jersey Lexile Study

New Jersey believes — and achieves nearly 2X expected Lexile growth.

In New Jersey, researchers looked at 12,107 students in 113 schools across the state that were using Achieve3000's KidBiz, TeenBiz and Empower. They found students using these solutions nearly doubled their expected growth norms in reading performance as measured by Lexiles. Especially encouraging was that English Language Learners made nearly two-and-a-half times their expectedgrowth norms and gained an average of 188 Lexilepoints.
