A wide range of funding sources available for Achieve3000 solutions are listed below:
+Title I | Aligned Achieve3000 Solutions: All Solutions
Title 1 funding provides financial assistance to schools with a high
percentage of children from low-income families to ensure that all
students meet state academic standards. Title 1 funding is available for
schools with at least 40% of students eligible for free and reduced
school meals. Schoolwide Title 1 funding is available for schools with
at least 60% of students eligible for free and reduced meals.
Achieve3000’s patented and proven solutions for grades PreK-12 and
adult education reach all students at their individual reading levels to
accelerate learning, improve performance, and prepare students for
college and career success. The Achieve3000 platform provides true
differentiation that delivers the same grade-appropriate content to all
students, tailored to their individual Lexile® reading
levels. Every Achieve3000 solution can be purchased through Title I
funding. For even further support and differentiation to meet the
requirements for schoolwide Title I funding, Boost for Response to Intervention and special education students and Access for English language learners are available.
+Title II, Part A | Aligned Achieve3000 Service: Professional Learning Services
Title II, Part A funding provides financial assistance and grants to increase student academic achievement by improving the quality and quantity of teachers and principals in school systems. Title II, Part A holds schools accountable for improvement in student academic achievement by providing funding for excellent training, preparation, and recruitment.
Achieve3000’s powerful, blended Professional Learning Services model incorporates a variety of flexible delivery methods: onsite and live online sessions; in-classroom, job-embedded support; and 24/7 in-product access to resources, tools, and self-directed learning. The modularized sessions train educators on the most successful implementation models and proven instructional routines for general education, special education, intervention, and English language learner classrooms.
+Title III | Aligned Achieve3000 Solutions: Access
Title III funding provides schools with financial assistance to advance English language acquisition programs. This funding helps ensure that English learners (ELs) attain English language proficiency and meet state academic standards.
Title III funding is available for Access, which provides the scaffolding and support non-native English speakers need to successfully learn the language. Access focuses on building skills and vocabulary to accelerate English language learning with language-specific instructional frameworks and actionable data to track and report students’ progress.
+IDEA, Part B | Aligned Achieve3000 Solutions: Boost and Smarty Wiz™ (Coming in 2018)
IDEA, Part B funding provides financial assistance for schools serving students with disabilities and low-achieving, at-risk students, as well as implementing special education, early intervention, and Response to Intervention (RtI) efforts.
Boost and Smarty Wiz are eligible for IDEA, Part B funding, as they provide an effective combination of scaffolding for struggling readers and actionable data to track and report students’ progress. Smarty Wiz addresses the foundational literacy needs of the most challenged readers in grades 3+, and Boost provides skill-building scaffolding and instructional frameworks to accelerate learning for your Tier II, Tier III, and special education students using a gradual release of responsibility model embedded in the program.
+21st Century Community Learning Centers | Aligned Achieve3000 Solutions: All Solutions
21st Century Community Learning Centers funding provides schools with financial assistance and grants for after-school programs and other extended learning beyond the standard school day.
The Achieve3000 platform can be used to extend learning beyond the school day and in after-school programs, with optional courses, basal textbook alignments, news courses, and test Challenge Courses for every state.
Although all Achieve3000 solutions align with 21st Century Community Learning Centers funding, Achieve Intensive is ideally aligned. Achieve Intensive is a rapid intervention program that can be implemented with various extended learning models, including before- and after-school programs, summer programs, academic enrichment programs, and pull-out/push-in intervention models, as well as at home.
+Career and Technical Education | Aligned Achieve3000 Solutions: Pro, Boost, Access, Español, and Achieve Intensive
Career and Technical Education grants provide funding to support post-secondary success and workforce readiness. Schools can apply for these grants for programs that build the skills students need to be considered on track for meeting college and career benchmarks.
Achieve3000 solutions support post-secondary success by promoting a clear understanding of the importance of literacy in a real-world context through the Workforce Readiness Course and Career Center. The Workforce Readiness Course empowers students to set career goals and prepare for success in the workplace by giving them opportunities to apply strategic academic content to real-world skills. Students can then use that knowledge to explore the different job descriptions and educational requirements found in the Career Center. The Career Center lets students set and monitor goals as they progress toward the Lexile level necessary to excel in a chosen career.
+Head Start | Aligned Achieve3000 Solutions: Smarty Ants® and Smarty Ants Español
Head Start grants provide funding for schools with early childhood education programs.
Smarty Ants and Smarty Ants Español for grades PreK-2 is an effective, research-driven solution that differentiates instruction in foundational reading skills in both English and Spanish and prepares students for primary-grade literacy success. Students in early childhood education programs benefit from foundational skills, phonemic awareness, independent practice, and assessment this solution provides and will emerge as confident, capable readers who are ready for the challenges of second grade and beyond.
