Educators across the country are looking to re-create the classroom experience in a virtual environment. For many adult and alternative institutions, however, the transition is not as simple. Prior to the Covid crisis, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) rolled out a progressive model to ensure technology and equitable literacy instruction were available to every adult learner across the state.
