New Middle School and High School from Achieve3000 for 2017-2018

The brand-new TeenBiz3000® for middle school and Empower3000® for high school have been redesigned to inspire students and further literacy growth with:

  • A modern look and high-interest content updated every week with topics students told us they were interested in will engage students in their own literacy success to maximize time on task and accelerate literacy growth.
  • Increased rigor, even more science and social studies content in English and Spanish, and more opportunities for discussion and debate with new social feeds prepare all students for success.

This year, the Achieve3000 platform will feature the new Read-Discuss-Read model, created in partnership with Dr. Doug Fisher and based on his book Visible Learning for Literacy (cowritten with Dr. John Hattie and Dr. Nancy Frey). This model is designed to help teachers incorporate the highest-impact instructional practices: classroom discussion, debate, and repeated reading of text to ensure the greatest literacy achievement in a single school year.
