Vice President, Palisade Capital Management

Shon serves as Vice President of Private Equity at Palisade Capital Management, LLC. Shon has a long track record working in private equity and investment banking to help create value at portfolio companies. Prior to joining Palisade, he was an investment professional at The Riverside Company as well as PB Capital. Shon started his professional career at JPMorgan where he executed high-yield financings for leveraged buyouts and distressed companies.

Shon currently serves on the boards of Achieve3000, RAD Technologies, and Ruby Tequila's.

He earned his M.B.A. in Strategic Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his B.A. from DePauw University as a Management Fellow Scholar with a degree in Economics.
