Large-scale implementations present new challenges that require customized implementations.
Achieve3000 has a unique approach to district-wide implementations:
- Meet with district administration to develop a customized professional service plan.
- Prepare instructional leaders through our Principal Awareness Session that focuses on program benefits and keys to successful implementation.
- Provide implementation reviews with district administrators at three critical points starting at the
beginning to assure timely program launch and forward movement. At mid-year, progress is measured in terms of usage and performance. The year-end review evaluates success and lessons learned.
We offer Project Management services to help cultivate the implementation and to assist district-level administrators in monitoring each schools' performance. We recommend purchase of a Project Manager once 15 schools are involved in the implementation. Please contact Achieve3000 for more details.

Principal Awareness Session
Armed with an awareness of program requirements, necessary resources, and clear goals for the implementation across the content areas, principals can be assured that their schools are headed for success. This session - presented before the implementation begins - helps ensure maximum program benefits by introducing Achieve3000 Solutions to school principals and setting forth the role of the instructional leader.
Implementation Review
This three-part session for district administrators assures that problems are solved early and that necessary resources and interventions are readily available. The reviews occur at critical implementation
points. The first session takes place shortly after implementation begins, to make sure that the solutions are
up and running and in use. The second takes place mid-year, to evaluate implementation progress and measure usage according to goals. The final session takes place after the school year is over, to evaluate the success of the implementation and to begin planning for next year.
