During this phase, teachers are familiar with Achieve3000^® solutions and ready to probe further. This phase introduces data-driven decision making, provides onsite coaching, and promotes home involvement. Your implementation package includes some Phase 2 sessions. These workshops are carefully tailored to the needs of school staff; our implementation specialists work with administrators to select from a menu of sessions based on staff's needs and the number of training days purchased. (Additional training days can be purchased if desired.)

Hands‐on experience for administrators in generating reports, interpreting data, and making data‐driven instructional decisions.

"1on1" Consulting Sessions
Consulting in the classroom with Achieve3000 students is the most effective means of transferring instructional skills and strategies. Sessions are planned with the teachers/administrators to target specific teacher needs. The observing classroom teacher reflects on the experience and follows-up with action items. Sessions are 45-60 minutes with up to 6 teachers and do not require the use of a staff development day or substitutes.

Parent/Guardian Session

A Partnership of Promise -- Students, Home & School
Achieve3000's Home Edition gives parents and guardians their own KidBiz^®/TeenBiz^®/Empower^® accounts. Caregivers learn how to become directly involved in their child's literacy success.
