Schools are now familiar with the solutions and ready to probe further, learning more about using administrative functions and encouraging home involvement. This phase introduces advanced features of Achieve3000 Solutions and provides onsite coaching and modeling to ensure effective integration of KidBiz^®/TeenBiz^®/Empower^® into the classroom.

During this phase, teachers reach the level of sophistication required to extend the impact of differentiated instruction and data-driven decision making across the curriculum.
